At Amexing Experience we follow an internal procedure to register and track the items found by our team while providing our services.

If you believe you left a belonging behind during a transfer, tour, experience, event or private service, you can review the available records or submit a report so our team can check the corresponding information.

Publishing a reference number or a record does not confirm ownership nor guarantee the return of the item. Every request is subject to review, validation and a reasonable match with our internal records.

To protect the security and privacy of our clients, the return of any item is subject to a validation process.

Amexing Experience may request additional information before handing over an item, particularly in the case of official documents, electronic devices, wallets, cash, jewelry, designer goods, luggage, bags or belongings containing personal information.

Validation may include

Official identification of the person making the request.
Confirmation of the related reservation or service.
A specific description of the item.
Details that have not been published.
A previous photograph of the item.
Proof of ownership, where applicable.
A description of the contents, in the case of bags, wallets, backpacks, cases or luggage.
Written confirmation from the client who holds the reservation.
Written authorization, if the item is handed to a third party.

Amexing Experience reserves the right to refuse or postpone delivery when the information provided is insufficient, does not match our internal record, or there are reasonable doubts about ownership of the item.
